About Your Trainers:


Ethan and Jenna each 5 years of professional experience so you truly are in safe hands.


Jenna is a qualified Nutritionist with a strong background in strength and weight loss training Ethan specialises in basic boxing techniques and female-specific strength and weight loss training.

Both Jenna and Ethan strongly pride themselves on guiding their clients to not only achieve their results but to teach their clients to maintain them. There is nothing worse than working your butt off to see the results you want only to have to do it all again because life got busy and dropped the ball a little.  

The Shock Factor Fitness Solution

Shock Factor Fitness is Industry leader in Semi-Private Training.


A unique style of training where the attention to detail of 1 on 1 Personal Training meets the supportive community of small group training. We follow our 4-S system which enables our members to recieve the guidance they individually need while still being apart of fun and suportive small group environment.

SIMPLE (1-4 WEEKS)

At the start of your journey, we focus on just keeping it SIMPLE. We want to just get you moving, doing workouts, and learning the foundational basics you need to know so that we can position you to truly achieve your goals for the long run.

SWIFT (4-12 WEEKS)

By the 4 week mark, you should have most of, if not all of the basics down pact and be feeling the shift in life as you begin to take control back for yourself. Now we have a strong foundation we can move with more of a SWIFT pace as you start to tackle some more challenging workouts and begin work on your nutrition habits.

SMART (3-6 MONTHS)

By this stage of your journey, you should be feeling fitter, stronger, and just feeling better about yourself in general. As you continue to gain more knowledge and understanding of your training and nutrition we now need to be SMART about how we build strong habits to last you a life time, not just 12 weeks.

SHOCK (6-12 MONTHS)

Now we start to reach the point in which all of your hard work truly pays off as it becomes a lifestyle change, not just a fitness fad. Here is where you will reach the health and fitness SHOCK you've been wanting. All you need to do now is remain consistent, hungry to learn, and ready to challenge yourself to reach that next level.
